Nature of the Website

This is a private reference guide. It does not store official jail records, court records, booking photos, warrants, or ODRC inmate files, and it cannot confirm custody, release an inmate, or file documents for a visitor.

The site points readers toward Butler County jail records, court record sources, Ohio correctional lookup resources, and third-party research tools. Ohio public records access is governed in part by ORC 149.43, while ODRC inmate records are subject to separate limits under ORC 5120.21.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions.
